Cancellation & Refund Policy


Cancellation/Refund Policy 2019

Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance of appointment otherwise you will be invoiced for the full treatment cost. If you have already paid in advance, this is non-refundable.


This notice is on the website, business cards, and online booking system.

If you do need to cancel and give plenty of notice, you can rearrange your appointment, have a credit note or a partial refund will be issued by request (card fees are for payment and also refund so these fees will be taken from your payment). 


If you haven't paid through the booking system and you haven't paid then you will be issued a bill, you will be given 24 hours to pay.

The invoice will then occur daily costs of 10%.

We may use a debt collector to collect the debt.

If the debt becomes £50+ small claims court will be initiated.

Please respect small businesses by cancelling in plenty of time or asking to rearrange your appointment in plenty of time, over 24 hours is required.


Due to clients not adhering to guru holistic therapy's policies, payment upfront for clients has been installed.
